Transaction basis: Cash and carry, subject to successful KYC/KYB, beneficial-ownership verification, refinery licensing, physical inspection, independent assay, proof of lawful gold origin, sanctions and AML screening, verified weight, agreed pricing, secure custody, and signed transaction documents.
